Oh, how I love Peanuts – especially the classic holiday episodes. This dance scene is one of the greatest scenes ever (save for Snoopy being “attacked” by the folding chair in the Thanksgiving ep). Good grief, this is cool!

I’m rather partial to “The Concussion” and “The Ruby Slipper Vulture Shuffle.” By the way: The boy doing the Vulture Shuffle is named 5 and the twins doing The Concussion are his sisters, 3 and 4. Evidently their whole story line was Charles Schulz’s reaction to the invention of the ZIP Code…

I laughed so loud! My sister and I used to joke and say, “Let’s do the Peanuts dance,” and then break out into some of these moves. Now I actually know what to call them. Thanks for sharing, Jess! I needed a smile today. 🙂
